Venerable Angie has been a buddhist nun for over 25 years. During this time, she served at Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s residences in the US for 13 years. As well as doing various personal retreats, she has also offered service as well as teaching and leading meditation at other FPMT centers.

A Four-Week Meditation with the Four Immeasurables & Mani Mantra
This four-week guided meditation series offers a gentle yet powerful way to open and deepen your inner experience through the Four Immeasurables—loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity—woven together with the rhythmic recitation of Om Mani Padme Hum. Each one-hour session invites you into a direct, felt sense of these boundless qualities, using the mantra as a bridge to soften the heart and expand awareness.
Through guided practice, reflection, and mantra, you’ll learn how to move beyond conceptual understanding and into a lived experience of connection, care, and balance. The Mani mantra, associated with Avalokiteshvara, helps dissolve inner barriers and awaken a natural responsiveness to both your own experience and the lives of others.
Accessible to all levels, this series creates a supportive space to cultivate a more open, resilient, and compassionate way of being—one that can be carried gently into everyday life.
Open to all levels—beginners and drop-ins especially welcome.
