Venerable Angie has been a buddhist nun for over 25 years. During this time, she served at Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s residences in the US for 13 years. As well as doing various personal retreats, she has also offered service as well as teaching and leading meditation at other FPMT centers.

Please join us for this meditation course designed to help you establish—or enrich—your daily sitting practice. Learn to cultivate focus, clarity, and inner peace through traditional techniques such as: breath awareness, analytical meditation, and placement meditation. The course also introduces mantra recitation as a method to calm the mind and awaken your inner potential for wisdom and compassion.
Along with practical tools for daily practice, you will gain insight into how meditation supports emotional balance, mental well-being, and spiritual development.

Open to all levels—beginners and drop-ins especially welcome.

Two work study positions available!
The Wisdom Center is offering two in person positions for this series of classes. Each person will receive complete in person access to this class and possibly future programs.
• One position for someone willing to show up a little early to help register on-site participants.
• A second positon is for someone willing to train as a technical assistant to manage the online and techncial part of the program.
