We'll be focusing on three main documents this time:
• POLST
• Health care Power of Attorney
• Health Care Directive
Have you been thinking of that you probably shoulda/ woulda/ coulda????
But just haven't gotten around to it? Too confusing? Need to update? Time is ticking...
We will have several versions of the Health Care Directive, and will be working closely with "Get it Together" by NOLO Press.
