Fiduciary practice focuses on conservatorships, guardianship, trust administration, bill payment services, durable power of attorney, trust accounting service and miscellaneous administrative
matters. Some do not know how to make their resources work for them. Predicated on this,
fiduciaries provide invaluable insight within our families to assist loved ones to make sound
health care decisions, estate management decisions, address tax issues, record keeping, aging
in place or transitioning to new senior assisted living/residential care home, and processing
medical bills, daily care, medical needs, financial management services ranging from basic bill
paying to estate and investment management.
Kim V. Coleman, J.D. is a fiduciary with over 23 years combined experience as a private fiduciary and as a former Deputy Public Guardian in county government. Kim’s goal is to help clients live fulfilling lives andchallenge them to thrive regardless of their condition.
