“We each have the ability to heal ourselves and to find deep relaxation and happiness.  Qigong strengthens our ability to heal by gathering good energy to our field, releasing blockages of illness and stress.

"We are all ordinary people living very deeply in the impure environment of the mundane world; consequently, it is unavoidable that we have acquired different degrees of negative physical and spiritual karma. Practicing Tibetan Qigong enables us to heal physical ailments and to develop both physical and inner strength.”   — Master Zi Sheng
