“We each have the ability to heal ourselves and to find deep relaxation and happiness.  Qigong strengthens our ability to heal by gathering good energy to our field, releasing blockages of illness and stress.

"We are all ordinary people living very deeply in the impure environment of the mundane world; consequently, it is unavoidable that we have acquired different degrees of negative physical and spiritual karma. Practicing Tibetan Qigong enables us to heal physical ailments and to develop both physical and inner strength.”

— Master Zi Sheng

One Finger Zen Dynamic Form strengthens the body’s natural energy pathways and clears the body of disease to improve and maintain good health. Through nine different movements, this practice was taught to the elite Shaolin monks by the great Indian Saint Bodhidharma.

Five Element Stake Qigong is a standing meditation form that purifies and balances the five formative elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. It is based on ancient understandings of the universe: Yin/Yang Bagua, Five Element theory, and mudras. This qigong form allows us to connect with the energy field of the universe and to absorb the energy into our system so that healing can occur on all levels of our being—physically, mentally and spiritually.  It is simple to learn and yields profound results.
