5 Wisdom Dakinis
to Find Inner Balance
in Troubled Times

Participants are welcomed to bring a lunch, bring notebook or journal but simple art and writing materials will be provided.
We will be working with the 5 Elemental Wisdoms of the Enlightened Feminine. These are embodied in the form of Female Enlightened Beings. Lama Tsultrim Allione discusses in her book WISDOM RISING: “ The Dakini or Sky Dancer is the most important manifestation of the feminine in Tibetan Buddhist Teaching”.
The schedule is designed to lead participants through each of the Elements, finishing with a completion of the entire Mandala...through meditation, movement and art.
No experience with Meditation or Buddhism is necessary as this method is designed to work independently from any traditional mindfulness or prayer practice.
Christine Rossi, a Certified Facilitator in the Mandala Method will be leading this session leading us through the Mandala of the 5 Wisdoms and 5 Lights.
