WISE CONVERSATIONS

                           ...What the Buddha Taught

1:00 - 2:30 pm pacific    In person & online

Speech is powerful. Working with speech includes the words that we direct to ourselves and the words that we write in texts and emails and on social media. The Buddha taught both what to avoid and to cultivate.

As we navigate these uncertain times, people continue to search for ways to connect with family, friends, neighbors and co-workers who may have different points of view.

Join Ven. Gyalten Chimay, an experience Buddhist monastic and psychologist, to explore Buddhist themes of equanimity and right speech to help us in meeting sometimes difficult encounters in a loving, respectful, confident and clear manner.
