A practical path to enlightenment. Bright Spirit Kung Fu is a practice based on the development of consciousness,
utilizing traditional meditation & Chi Kung exercises, in addition to the moving meditations which are commonly
referred to as “martial arts”. We are a local group devoted to the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of martial
